All bookings can be made on www.nailandbrowstudio.co.uk, by contacting the studio on 02073723999 during working opening hours, via Google, via Treatwell and via the Studio. All multiple booking enquires can be made via contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We advise bookings to made in advance as Walk-Ins are not always guaranteed.
All cancelations must be made within 24 hours of booking. Any bookings made within less than 24 hours of the booked time may not be cancelled. If unable to attend the booking, please contact the studio as soon as it is possible on 02073723999 or via email on email@example.com. Failure to do so may result in all future bookings with the studio to be voided. We reserve the right to amend and cancel any booking without notice.
As we have a duty of care for all of our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Please allow enough time before your appointment to arrive, check-in, fill in any necessary forms and settle in. Late appointments my not be honoured. Late arrivals may be accepted and service (s) may be carried out if the service (s) and or part of the service can be carried out within the booking time slot. There is no guaranteed that all booked services can be carried out. Services that begin late may be shortened in consideration of the next client and or commitment that follows your appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure that all your booked services are carried out.
LATENESS & MISSED APPOINTMENT
Lateness and missed appointment (s) can have a huge impact on our Studio and our clients. The Nail & Brow Studio operates on 10 minutes discretion from your scheduled appointment time. For anything after this period please refer to the above clause. Please ensure that we are informed and notified at all times of any changes to your appointment.
SEVEN DAY POLISH REPAIR & AFTERCARE
Nail & Brow Studio will happily carry out and rectify any nail repair (s) that we consider a result of our workmanship free of charge and to our professional satisfaction. The rectification period is valid for 7 days from the receipt of your treatment. Please report any issue and or defect with our service (s) with your details, receipt and a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org. Anything after the 7 day period may incur a small charge. Remember: Your nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
Tinting services require a patch test 24 hours before your first appointment. This is an important procedure to ensure your safety. Providing no adverse reaction occur, we will be happy to provide treatment to your safety. Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. You will be asked to fill out a consultation form before your treatment as this necessary for use by your therapist to ensure your treatment is 100% safe to go ahead.
LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
We Kindly ask our clients to look after their belongs while you’re at our Studio as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended or damaged. Please note that we have CCTV in operation throughout the salon for your comfort and safety only.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS
Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse treatments to any customers issuing abusive, disrespect and rudeness towards Nail & Brow Studio staff. This is a sacred company policy as we seek to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all of our customers. It is strict company policy that we do not apply nail extensions to persons under 16 years of age. Multiple missed appointments and lateness. All future bookings will not be accepted.
If you wish to file a complaint please forward this to email@example.com. We very much value your opinion and we have an organised complaint process where details will be provided to you should you feel the need to raise a complaint.
NHS staff and Students may benefit from a 10% Discount when £25 or more is spent on treatments in the studio. Identification must be produced before the discount is applied. Discounts are not available via online bookings.
